Return / Refund & Cancellation

Yes, but only in case of faulty print or defective products. Please refer to the Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy document for more details. 

We process as soon as we receive them, this enables us to make fast deliveries. If you want to cancel any order for any reason, please get in touch with us immediately on WhatsApp 73373 66555. If you raise the cancellation request before we process the order, it can be cancelled. In most cases the order starts processing  within 24 hours, so after that period it will be difficult for us to cancel the order, we will try our best to honor your request though. 

Shipping & Post Order

Go to Order Tracking this is a dedicated page to answer all your order and shipment related queries. You will need your order no ( 5 digit ) and billing e-mail id ( email id used for ordering ) to track the order. 

Shipment tracking activates once the orders leaves us and goes to courier en-route to the destination. You will be able to see realtime updates of your shipment. You can use either the order no. or AWB no. which will be sent to you post shipment. If you dont have the AWB no then also you can track the shipment with your 5 digit order no. itself.  

If the order is not yet shipped, you can do it very easily – send us an email to support@printstreet.in and we will do it. 

If you want to change the order after its shipped, then its a little complicated. There are two options – 

1.Let us know

We will inform the courier company. In this case the shipment will come back to us to Hyderabad and then it will be shipped again to you. This takes time. 

2. You inform the courier company when do a delivery attempt, you have to send either an SMS or an email with the changed addressed, this way the shipment will be redirected to your new destination, its faster. 

Allow us at least 2-3 days time for delivery. In most cities delivery can be made within 3-5 days. The PIN code checker you see on the product page gives the maximum possible delivery date not the assured. So if you have a specific date before which you want to receive the shipment, mention that on the message board you will find on the checkout page. We will do our best to honor your request and will keep you updated regarding it.

We do Vinyl Printing ( HTV Printing ). It is one of the best printing mediums out there and gives permanent, long lasting impressions which are completely machine washable. 

Yes, it is. 

But only for bulk orders ( more than 5 ). If you want embroidery please mention that on the message board you will see on the checkout page. 

There are certain limitations with embroidery and not all design can be embroidered. We will get in touch with you post order if we need to discuss something with you. There is no additional cost for embroidery.

Payments & GST

Dont worry, your money is in safe hands. We use 2 payment gateways for processing users payment – Razorpay and Paytm. Both are renowned and offer top in class service. So if you feel your payment got deducted and your order is not created,    Contact Us  using any of the listed means. Try to share all the information you have like the payment gateway used by you during checkout, payment confirmation sms/email sent by the payment gateway etc. We will work it out with the payment gateway and sort the issue out. Your money is always safe and we will make sure that you dont loose any thing by making payment on Printstreet.  

There is an optional field for entering GST no. during checkout. We share GST invoice with all the users who have mentioned their GST no. If you missed that, and want GST invoice, please share your GST no. to support@printstreet.in and we will share the GST invoice with you. Providing GST invoices for older orders ( older than a month ) are not possible, so please contact us in for current month only for GST invoices.
